Donation Request

One of our favorite ways to participate in our local community is by donating delicious food and goods to West Marin County schools, non-profit organizations, and causes. We’re proud of our ability to support dozens of local organizations each year with gift cards, product, discounts and catering.

While we try to fulfill as many requests as possible, we do have an annual budget; therefore approve requests on a first come, first served basis. We kindly request that you submit your request form as early as possible, and at least 30 days prior to your event. Our small team tries their best to review and respond within 14 days, but if you haven’t heard from us in that time feel free to follow up with an email to info@palacemarket.com. Please no phone calls or drop-ins.

Once we approve your request you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how, when, and where to pick up your donation. Upon pickup, and with your permission, we would love to snap a photo to share with our community. Alternatively, you can choose to share a preferred photo with us in advance. We appreciate any and all mention of our support in the flyers and press for your event, and at your request, will happily email a mini press package for your use.

* At this time we can NOT accommodate the following requests: offsite (wo)man power/donated time, delivery or mailing of donations, third party and/or offsite use of our cooking facilities, storage facilities, or equipment (E.g.: softserve machine, bbq, citrus press, meat grinder, etc.). Requests for catering orders during holiday weekends/periods will not be granted. (E.g.: Days/weekends surrounding Labor Day, Memorial Day, Western Weekend, Path of Lights, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, etc.). We do not donate to or endorse any cause deemed political.
